William TuckerPresident/SpeakerPastor Bill Tucker, grandson of J. L. Tucker, the founder of Quiet Hour Ministries, became QHM's President/Speaker in 1993 after serving the ministry in other capacities for more than ten years. A veteran international evangelist, Bill and his wife Jackie  have led numerous Quiet Hour Ministries mission teams, bringing thousands to Christ. He speaks at many rallies, church services, camp meetings and other events in North America, and is on the pastoral staff of the Redlands (California) Seventh-day Adventist church. 


Randy BatesChief Executive Officer
Chief Financial Officer (interim)
Randy joined Quiet Hour Ministries in November 2001. Before becoming CEO he served in a variety of roles, including five years as CFO. His commitment to honesty, integrity, and accountability goes further than Quiet Hour Ministries. “We serve because we love the Lord with all our heart,” he says. “It is to Him we make our highest commitment. We are intentionally seeking to be ready to go wherever God leads.” He and his wife Lynette live in Loma Linda and are willing and able to share pictures of their three grandchildren at a moment’s notice.


Andrea GriggsHuman Resources Director
Assistant to the CEO
Andrea Griggs joined the Quiet Hour Ministries team in January 2009. She has an MBA from La Sierra University and a Bachelor’s degree in business from Pacific Union College. Previously, Andrea worked at Pacific Union College for 17 years and spent six years in Sedan, Kansas as a small business owner and consultant for a non-profit. She became interested in evangelism while working at La Sierra University Church. She firmly believes that God led her to Quiet Hour Ministries for a purpose, and can't wait to see what He has in store. Andrea is active in church music ministries and enjoys directing and performing in community theater. Andrea lives in Riverside with her husband, Jim, and daughters, Nicole and Samantha.


Gloria LeggittOffice ClerkGloria has worked with Quiet Hour Ministries since 1995, in several roles. Her current assignment is to correct and return completed Bible studies to our student correspondents. She assists in the Donor Services Department, and puts in volunteer hours in addition to her hours worked.


Ivelene MullikinReceptionist & Administrative Assistant (Evangelism)

Ivelene Mullikin comes to Quiet Hour Ministries with a strong background in sales management and a history of working with people. She served as the "face of the Redlands Seventh-day Adventist church" for the past six plus years and before coming to California was owner of a limousine dealership. In that business she was recognized on the cover of industry publications as "Outstanding Woman of the Year" and "Most Sought after Sales Professional." 

Leaving Atlanta in 2004 when her husband, Jim, began working with Quiet Hour Ministries, she has for many years been watching and supporting our ministry. However it was only in 2011, as Jim retired, that Ivelene joined Quiet Hour Ministries. Ivelene serves as QHM receptionist and provides support for our international evangelism department.


Gayle PerezAdministrative Assistant (Chief Financial Officer)Gayle joined Quiet Hour Ministries in May 2003. She manages a very fast-paced office that deals with accounts payable, payroll, and staff benefits programs. Gayle is co-manager (with her husband) of three well-adjusted and intelligent kids, and they live in Yucaipa.
