Donations

By registering I agree that all donations must be made by the specified deadlines, otherwise, I may forfeit my spot on the trip. All funds received for the mission trip are donations to the project. In order to protect the tax deductibility of my gifts, all donations are nonrefundable.

Photo/Film Release 

By completing this registration, I agree that I have given my permission to be photographed and or filmed during the event for which I am registering. I hereby grant Quiet Hour Ministries my permission and the right to use this material for any lawful purpose, including advertising, online distribution, television broadcast distribution and through any other method as deemed appropriate by Quiet Hour Ministries.

I release Quiet Hour Ministries and all its representatives from any and all liability.
