Andrea GriggsChief Administrative Officer
Human Resources DirectorAndrea Griggs joined the Quiet Hour Ministries team in January 2009. She has an MBA from La Sierra University and a Bachelor’s degree in business from Pacific Union College. Previously, Andrea worked at Pacific Union College for 17 years and spent six years in Sedan, Kansas as a small business owner and consultant for a non-profit. She became interested in evangelism while working at La Sierra University Church. She firmly believes that God led her to Quiet Hour Ministries for a purpose, and can't wait to see what He has in store. Andrea is active in church music ministries and enjoys directing and performing in community theater. Andrea lives in Riverside with her husband, Jim, and daughters, Nicole and Samantha.

Karl LindsayEvangelism DirectorKarl is an Australian living in America who left his heart in Africa. He is passionate about creating opportunities for others to have transformative experiences and share the gospel as disciple-makers in places all over the world. As a Quiet Hour team leader, he is looking forward to helping you fall in love with sharing Jesus in the mission field. 

Diana OeiChief Financial OfficerDiana joined Quiet Hour Ministries in May 2014. Before that she had served as controller for various entities in the energy, manufacturing, service and health sectors. Diana holds an accounting degree and an MBA from Cal State Bakersfield and started her career in public accounting. Her love for evangelism led Diana to join our organization. And she’s excited to help further our mission: partnering with God in leading people to share His saving grace.

Matt DayaoInformation Technology DirectorMatt joined Quiet Hour Ministries in June 2015. Prior to that, he worked for seven years as the accountant at San Gabriel Academy. Matt enjoys quiet walks with his wife, going to the beach and gym night with his kids. One of his favorite quotes is from Leo Buscaglia, “Your talent is God’s gift to you. What you do with it is your gift back to God.”
