Sometimes team members want to know how our evangelism project expenses are arrived at and what their trip donation amount covers of those costs.
Here is a breakdown of our typical evangelism project costs and what funding sources help meet those costs. This is based on an average of our mission trips. The exact percentages will vary from project to project.
Roughly a third of project costs (shown in brown) are covered by QHM donors. Donor funds provide the construction project, Bibles, gospel workers, clinics, children's programs and any compassion funds that help meet the needs of local orphans or impoverished people.
The remainder of the project costs (shown in red) are covered by our mission team members. Team member funds provide not only airfare, lodging and meals, but also on-site transportation, interpreters and evangelistic meeting site costs.
